Classic Cupcakes (One Dozen)

All of our products are made in a legal Cottage Food Law kitchen which is not inspected by the local or state health department. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

If you are unsatisfied with your product, we would gladly give a partial refund in exchange for whatever product you have left so that we may investigate it to avoid any future disappointments.
If the product cannot be returned, we will offer a discount on your next order.

If you or your representative elect to pick up the cupcakes, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of said cupcakes once they leave DessertSophistication's possession.
